Random Observations:
North Carolina Anti-Gay Marriage Amendment 1 Reportedly Written To Protect ‘Caucasian Race’

[According to the alternative Yes! Weekly, writer and campaigner Chad Nance spoke to a poll worker who told him that Jodie Brunstetter said, “The reason my husband wrote Amendment 1 was because the Caucasian race is diminishing and we need to uh, reproduce.”}

My Response:
In all fairness this same line of thinking exists in the African American community and other ethnicities worldwide. This is an idea and seed propagated by religious fundamentalist.
If people are willing to persecute a group of people based upon that premise, what makes them not more inclined to commit genocide for less logical premises. It’s because of thinking along these lines that the atrocities of WWII happened and continue to day in one form or another.

The United States dealt with this issue by taking in immigrants. Now they try to coerce as many people, including homosexuals to marry by hook or crook, losing all moral credibility.
The goal of Hollywood, creating heterosexual norms by mostly homosexual (I am willing to bet no more than 70% of the people in the universe of Hollywood are homosexual) people. But that should not matter we are all human.

The Russian Federation does not need such logic or rhetorical traps. As wisdom would have it, the best way to deal with a population decline or shift is to create the conditions (living or other wise) that are economically viable and affordable, which is conducive for people who want kids. More straight people or the like would be more inclined to have kids if they knew that there would be some sort of socio-economic stability with child rearing. If you asked most people if they wanted children, they would say no, because of the way the economy is, child-rearing cost (close to a million by the time one child reaches eighteen). You do not need religious dogma full of genocidal rhetoric of stone and kill the homosexuals, coo-coo catchooo etc.
We no longer live in the primitive years of human development, as societies become more advance incentives will have to be created for people to have children.
That is the way to correct the birth rate problem of the Russian Federation not these nazi-fascisst-genocidal two bolts short of a nut advice being dished out by so called friends of Russia.
Just my observation-nothing more–

In other random news:

An American military document just uncovered appears to detail an US Army plan that calls for detaining “political activists” at re-education camps staffed by military-hired “PSYOP officers” in both America and abroad.

The website Infowars.com has unearthed the smoking gun, a copy of a United States military manual entitled FM 3-39.40 Internment and Resettlement Operations, which appears to offer Defense Department insiders instructions on dealing with the imprisonment of anyone considered an enemy to the American way of life and how to go about indoctrination them with an “appreciation of US policies and actions” through psychological warfare.

The PDF made available is dated February 2010 but has only now been leaked online. A copy of the document has been uploaded to the website PublicIntelligence.net for viewing, and additionally a version appears to be hosted on the US Military’s Doctrine and Training Publications page at armypubs.us.army.mil, although access to papers published there are unavailable to those without the Pentagon’s authorization, therefore making it impossible to verify the authenticity of the manual at this time. The military site that appears to host a copy has also implemented security measures on its servers that it cautions visitors are “not for your personal benefit or privacy.”

Further, the title page of the manual warns that the material contained in its 326 pages is be distributed to US Defense Department and its contractors only, and that must be “destroy[ed] by any method that will prevent disclosure of contents or construction of the document.”

“This manual addresses I/R [Internment and Resettlement] operations across the spectrum of conflict, specifically the doctrinal paradigm shift from traditional enemy prisoner of war (EPW) operations to the broader and more inclusive requirements of detainee operations,” the paper’s authors explain in the first paragraph of the documents preface. From there, it goes on to explain that the methods of psychological warfare and brainwashing of persons applies to “US military prisoners, and multiple categories of detainees (civilian internees [CIs], retained personnel [RP], and enemy combatants), while resettlement operations are focused on multiple categories of dislocated civilians (DCs).”

The manual continues by describing categories of personnel whom are certain guidelines of the manual apply. A detainee, for example, is any person captured by an armed force, but does not include personnel held for law enforcement purposes — except where the US is the occupying power. Civilian internees are described as anyone “interned during armed conflict, occupation, or other military operation for security reasons, for protection, or because he or she committed an offense against the detaining power.”

“An adaptive enemy will manipulate populations that are hostile to US intent by instigating mass civil disobedience, directing criminal activity, masking their operations in urban and other complex terrain, maintaining an indistinguishable presence through cultural anonymity and actively seeking the traditional sanctuary of protected areas as defined by the rules of land warfare,” reads the paper. “Commanders will use technology and conduct police intelligence operations to influence and control populations, evacuate detainees and, conclusively, transition rehabilitative and reconciliation operations to other functional agencies.”

On their own part, Infowars.com details the manual by writing, “We have exhaustively documented preparations for the mass internment of citizens inside America, but this is the first time that language concerning the re-education of detainees, in particular political activists, has cropped up in our research.”

Throughout the manual, the DoD outlines methods to go about detaining US military prisoners captured for both “battlefield and nonbattlefield confinement,” how to rehabilitate them to “ensure a successful return to society” and “psychological operations (PSYOP), practices and procedures to support I/R operations.”

Fifty-six pages into the manual, its authors explain the role of psychological operations officers regarding internment and resettlement, and explain that they will be responsible for developing methods designed “to pacify and acclimate detainees or DCs to accept U.S. I/R facility authority and regulations.” PSYOP officers, the manual adds, identify “malcontents, trained agitators, and political leaders within the facility who may try to organize resistance or create disturbances.”

The manual also demands that the PSYOP officers overseeing the detainment camps identify “political activists” for indoctrination.

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — Officials have released the name of the California lab researcher who died after handling a rare strain of bacteria.

The coroner identified the man Thursday as 25-year-old Richard Din of San Francisco.

Din died Saturday after friends rushed him to the San Francisco Veterans Affairs Medical Center, where he worked. He had complained of flu-like symptoms Friday night that worsened quickly to include a full-body rash.

Din worked at the VA’s infectious diseases laboratory. Lab officials told investigators that Din may have been exposed to meningitis as part of his research.

Harry Lampiris, chief of the hospital’s infectious diseases division, says Din was regarded as a highly competent worker who was adequately supervised.

The death is being investigated by state and federal occupational safety agencies.

Operation: Entrapment – Cleveland bomb “plot” masterminded by FBI agents

Federal agents announced on Tuesday that they successfully thwarted plans to blow up a bridge in Cleveland, Ohio. What was left out of most reports, however, was that the FBI was instrumental in plotting the potential attack.

As is the case with most terrorist attacks revealed by the FBI, from the very beginning of the alleged crime until this week’s arrests, the charges introduced by federal agents were orchestrated by undercover agent provocateurs.

Five men were arrested in the Cleveland area on Monday for charges of conspiracy and the use of explosive materials. According to the criminal complaint released this week by the US District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, prosecutors link Brandon Baxter, 20; Anthony Hayne, 35; and Douglas Wright, 26, to an anti-government plot that involved bringing a large bridge in the region crashing down with the aid of at least two accomplices.

“The individuals charged in this plot were intent on using violence to express their ideological views,” explains Special Agent Stephen D. Anthony of the Cleveland Division of the FBI this week.

Taking a closer look at the federal complaint against the five men reveals that although the suspects are believed to have expressed anti-government sentiments and disdain for major financial corporations, the impetus in the would-be bombing was the urging of undercover agents that had infiltrated a group of friends and encouraged them to consider acts of terrorism. Although the incident is still developing, federal authorities have submitted statements and recordings stemming from conversations their contacts had with the alleged terrorists, and unsurprisingly the mainstream media is largely ignoring one key problem with the federal probe: the FBI provoked members of an Occupy Wall Street off-shoot to embrace terrorist-like crimes despite voicing from the start that they were opposed to such.

The criminal complaint considers the entire operation to have started from an Occupy Wall Street style protest in Cleveland on October 21, 2011. There the FBI dispatched an unnamed confidential human source — referred to as CHS in the criminal complaint — who had been recruited by the agency to work undercover earlier in the year. The FBI describes the CHS as a felon that had been convicted of at least six charges dating back to the 1990s, including cocaine possession and robbery, yet entrusted the source to attend the OWS meeting in order to investigate reports “of potential criminal activity and threats involving anarchists who would be attending” the protest. Once there, the CHS singled out participants who “acted differently than the other people in attendance,” including the aforementioned accused, Douglas Wright. The CHS then forged a relationship with Wright that lasted until this week.

Although it seems straight out of a spy novel, it is commonplace within domestic intelligence agencies. An exposé put together last year by Mother Jones and the Investigative Reporting Program at the University of California-Berkley reveals that the FBI currently has as many as 15,000 undercover agents working within their ranks, with some making as much as $100,000 per assignment from Uncle Sam.

What’s more is that the FBI regularly dabbles in entrapment in order to encourage and create crime. The same study shows that of around 500 prosecutions in recent years relating to terrorism charges, the FBI used informants for about half of them. Of 158 of prosecutions that ended in convictions, around one-third acted on plots perpetrated by federal agent provocateurs.

According to the criminal complaint, Wright and fellow self-described anarchists had been considering options “in order to send a message to corporations and the United States government,” that had at that point consisted of nothing more than knocking the signs off of banks in downtown Cleveland while concurrently detonating smoke grenades to distract law enforcement. Wright is also said to have suggested the group use items such as stink bombs or paint guns, objects available to children, in order to make a statement. When Wright told the CHS that C4 explosives may be out of the question due to the cost, the undercover agent asked how much money it would take.

“I’m not sure, I haven’t really read too much into it,” said Wright in reference to instructions he found in a digital copy of the Anarchists Cookbook.

“Well, you gotta get with me,” pleaded the CHS. “If we gonna be trying to do something in a month you need to get with me as soon as possible on how much money we gonna need.”

That conversation is reported by the FBI to have occurred on March 22. In another encounter on March 28, both Wright and his cohort Brandon Baxter said that they did not want people to think that they are terrorists. On that same day, along with the undercover informant, the group drove over Valley View Bridge and the conversation turned to bringing a similar structure to the ground.

“I could show you,” said the informant, who then urged the group to exit the highway and investigate the bridge.

The CHS then asked if they would be interested in purchasing blocks of C4 explosives, suggested to them that they need two, and then offered to put them in touch with another FBI agent, this time a 15-year veteran with a decade off the radar.

On a March 28 meeting, Wright refused an offer to purchase “heavy stuff” from the agent. Later in the week, the officer asked them to consider purchasing a larger quantity of C4 at a discounted rate. Days later, the CHS insisted that Wright and Baxter act quick because they were “on the hook” for the explosives.

In the weeks leading up to the alleged attack, the FBI says that Baxter at one point said that the group had never agreed to blow up a bridge and that he personally feared that, if caught committing a large-scale crime, the anarchists would be sent to the military prison at Guantanamo Bay. The CHS attempted to ease those concerns by offering the group decoy license plates and provided them with ways to establish an alibi should they follow through.

On Tuesday this week, law enforcement announced that five men had been arrested in conjunction with the terrorist plot and now both Baxter and Wright face hefty sentences if convicted. For engaging in a conspiracy to commit offense they can each suffer up to five years in prison and a fine of a quarter of a million dollars; for the use of explosive materials, they could spend another decade behind bars.

And for engaging in hostilities against the United States while working for a terrorist organization? Well, it’s a long-shot, but if the government really wants to invoke the National Defense Authorization Act, or NDAA, then Wright and Baxter could end up at Gitmo until the end of time.

“The problem with the cases we’re talking about is that defendants would not have done anything if not kicked in the ass by government agents,” attorney Martin Stolar tells Mother Jones. Although Stolar is not working with this case currently, the lawyer previously represented the suspect the linked to a New York City bombing plot that was set-up by FBI agents. “They’re creating crimes to solve crimes so they can claim a victory in the war on terror.” For their part, the FBI says this method is a plan for “preemption,” “prevention” and “disruption.”

There is a happy ending for someone, at least: The convicted robber and hard-drug user turned FBI informant will probably just be sent to infiltrate more OWS protests, though.

OF Muslims and the like:
somewhere the decision was made to provoke the Muslim Diaspora into reacting with violence and then using that violence to initiate intervention and vitriolic rhetoric. This is nothing new it’s the same divide and conquer tactics used for countless centuries now.
One hand stokes the Muslims into revolt, while the other stokes the government in to a violent reaction and bam; the conditions are created for all sorts of intervention, ridicule and first class condemnation of an entire group and people. It worked very well as we all see the results in the present day situation. The goal was to create the pretext for a massive intervention of the Islamic world. Before it was the soviets, before that Europe under Germany, before that Africa, before that the natives of the western world.
The lesson to be learned, is beware of advisors bringing gifts of advice in violently attacking and repressing your own citizenry. If the Muslim world had a grievance with the west, which has now been lost to history due t the countless violent acts created on the part of Muslims, Strapping bombs to yourself, creating bombs and rampaging acts of terror is not the way to go, obviously from the get go, one who is shrewd enough would have seen that this was a trap.

I remember the current occupant of the white house made a speech to the African American community about “stop complaining and get to work” and the portly gentleman wore it on his t-shirt on a recent visit to UH manoa.

I guess someone looked to exploit the sensibilities and insecurities of minorities in their games of divide and conquer by exploiting the homophobia within African American psyche- (a useless disposition to have within that community) and the no snitching (another misleading useless disposition to have). With that line of thinking it is no surprise the African American community has the problems it has, but the issue is far more complex than that and not so simple.

Pentagon’s code of conduct: Blow a whistle, face reprisals

Reporting misconduct or waste of money may get you punished if you serve in the US military. And if you complain about unlawful reprisals, DoD’s unit meant to protect whistleblowers is likely to turn a blind eye on it, an internal report shows.

The document dated May 2011 says officials of the Department of Defense’s Office of Inspector General (IG) systematically disregarded Pentagon’s own rules, which are meant to protect whistleblowers, reports The Washington Post. It was obtained by the Project on Government Oversight, a nonprofit watchdog group, under the Freedom of Information Act.

The report is based on a probe which reviewed the performance of the IG’s Directorate for Military Reprisal Investigations. It says the directorate repeatedly turned down evidence of serious reprisals against those in the service who complained.

The punishments included threatened or actual discharges, demotions, firings, prosecution and mental health referral. One case involved a complainant who suffered reprisals for writing to Congress, an act considered protected communication by the Pentagon. Another case was closed on the grounds that the punishment was unrelated to the complainant’s whistle-blowing, even though an officer had acknowledged that it was.

In all, investigators disputed the office’s decisions to turn aside more than half of the cases it reviewed – 82 of the 152 cases in the random sample from fiscal year 2010.

The IG’s reprisal investigations unit was formed in response to hearings and legislation in the 1990s, which spotlighted military’s use of career-hindering mental health evaluation against whistleblowers. The office currently has 51 employees, who are charged with investigation of complaints of prohibited reprisals in the service.

In response to the report, the Defense Department’s deputy inspector general for administrative investigations, Marguerite C. Garrison, last year reorganized the office and began an overhaul of its manual.

But independent experts are skeptical as to the efficiency of the move.

“This devastating report proves one of our worst fears – that military whistleblowers have systematically been getting a raw deal,” said Danielle Brian, executive director of the Project on Government Oversight.

These people in their tacky report labeled me as a suspected spy!

For whom?

Cobra Commando?
For what? To find the secret stash in the vault, detailing the secret to US security apparatus failures?
Using what?

New undetectable communications?
Words cannot describe emotions. Why this level of incompetence sheds light on a lot of things, mostly people who have a lot of time on their hands , and inefficient utilization of resources (tax payers money that is).

This is probably how it played out

Person A (in a hoarse and cunning voice): We are friends, and your friends say you have a spy amongst you, and we are willing to supply you this information (without any evidence-can somebody say suckers) free of charge, a token of our friendship and eternal gratitude.
Person B (with the giddiness of a little school girl)- why thank you, we have been tailing this person for a awhile now (he is weird-that is the proof-can someone say incompetence).  Whenever you need a favor just call us.

Really?
Really!
Why of all the, it does not surprise me the least bit why things are the way they are, too much smoke and not enough mirrors.
We have met the enemy and the enemy is we! That should be their new motto.
Not for nothing it does not take a mole to figure out and confirm the inner workings of a society or organization at its most base and intermediate and often times higher levels, all it takes is a certain level of critical thinking DUH
I can’t believe these people received degrees and got recruited in intelligence fields…………….

It is very difficult to tell people for a good portion of your life you have been shadowed, or surveilled especially when the people doing it aver not necessarily got, but by virtue of have more resources and being well trained, so you forget about it or put it aside. For what reason, that is the million-dollar question.

No doubt I have had my share of harassment and bullying from left-wingers, right-wingers and the occasional in-betweeners. However, the harshest most concerted was from the religious nut cases.
As a student of Russian (that is my major by the way), the language history and culture.
The Russian Federation in the twenty first century and beyond needs to work to remove and dispel divisive labels of the western world, liberal, conservative, left, right, moderate needs to go. United Russia would be wise to become more engaging with its representatives to the public. Layout and articulate your goals for the Russian federation, its success, failures, and needs improvement on. Bring that to the people, not just the adults but the youth also. Question them, go to their rallies engage them, what is their solutions, how they guarantee it would work, do they have a plan of action, other than protests.
As for the political divisiveness, manipulation and coercion here and I have experienced all of them from every stripe of human being here. The Russian Federation does not need that, but there are those who will be willing to have that outcome for no other purpose than to be evil. I ignore them as best as I can, the level and depths of their evilness surpasses the waffen ss (they pride themselves and reputation on that type of evilness no doubt), someday it will all come out. The Russian Federation must guard against this in holding its polity together.
My observation, nothing more.

Congressmen Seek To Lift Propaganda Ban

Posted May 18, 2012 4:27pm EDT

An amendment that would legalize the use of propaganda on American audiences is being inserted into the latest defense authorization bill, BuzzFeed has learned.

The amendment would “strike the current ban on domestic dissemination” of propaganda material produced by the State Department and the Pentagon, according to the summary of the law at the House Rules Committee’s official website.

The tweak to the bill would essentially neutralize two previous acts—the Smith-Mundt Act of 1948 and Foreign Relations Authorization Act in 1987—that had been passed to protect U.S. audiences from our own government’s misinformation campaigns.

The bi-partisan amendment is sponsored by Rep. Mark Thornberry from Texas and Rep. Adam Smith from Washington State.

In a little noticed press release earlier in the week — buried beneath the other high-profile issues in the $642 billion defense bill, including indefinite detention and a prohibition on gay marriage at military installations — Thornberry warned that in the Internet age, the current law “ties the hands of America’s diplomatic officials, military, and others by inhibiting our ability to effectively communicate in a credible way.”

The bill’s supporters say the informational material used overseas to influence foreign audiences is too good to not use at home, and that new techniques are needed to help fight Al-Qaeda, a borderless enemy whose own propaganda reaches Americans online.

Critics of the bill say there are ways to keep America safe without turning the massive information operations apparatus within the federal government against American citizens.

“Clearly there are ways to modernize for the information age without wiping out the distinction between domestic and foreign audiences,” says Michael Shank, Vice President at the Institute for Economics and Peace in Washington D.C. “That Reps Adam Smith and Mac Thornberry want to roll back protections put in place by previously-serving Senators – who, in their wisdom, ensured limits to taxpayer–funded propaganda promulgated by the US government – is disconcerting and dangerous.”

“I just don’t want to see something this significant – whatever the pros and cons – go through without anyone noticing,”
“ says one source on the Hill, who is disturbed by the law. According to this source, the law would allow “U.S. propaganda intended to influence foreign audiences to be used on the domestic population.”

The new law would give sweeping powers to the State Department and Pentagon to push television, radio, newspaper, and social media onto the U.S. public. “It removes the protection for Americans,” says a Pentagon official who is concerned about the law. “It removes oversight from the people who want to put out this information. There are no checks and balances. No one knows if the information is accurate, partially accurate, or entirely false.”

According to this official, “senior public affairs” officers within the Department of Defense want to “get rid” of Smith-Mundt and other restrictions because it prevents information activities designed to prop up unpopular policies—like the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Critics of the bill point out that there was rigorous debate when Smith Mundt passed, and the fact that this is so “under the radar,” as the Pentagon official puts it, is troubling.

The Pentagon spends some $4 billion a year to sway public opinion already, and it was recently revealed by USA Today the DoD spent $202 million on information operations in Iraq and Afghanistan last year.

In an apparent retaliation to the USA Today investigation, the two reporters working on the story appear to have been targeted by Pentagon contractors, who created fake Facebook pages and Twitter accounts in an attempt to discredit them.

(In fact, a second amendment to the authorization bill — in reaction to the USA Today report — seeks for cuts to the Pentagon’s propaganda budget overseas, while this amendment will make it easier for the propaganda to spread at home.)

The evaporation of Smith-Mundt and other provisions to safeguard U.S. citizens against government propaganda campaigns is part of a larger trend within the diplomatic and military establishment.

In December, the Pentagon used software to monitor the Twitter debate over Bradley Manning’s pre-trial hearing; another program being developed by the Pentagon would design software to create “sock puppets” on social media outlets; and, last year, General William Caldwell, deployed an information operations team under his command that had been trained in psychological operations to influence visiting American politicians to Kabul.

The upshot, at times, is the Department of Defense using the same tools on U.S. citizens as on a hostile, foreign, population.

A U.S. Army whistleblower, Lieutenant Col. Daniel Davis, noted recently in his scathing 84-page unclassified report on Afghanistan that there remains a strong desire within the defense establishment “to enable Public Affairs officers to influence American public opinion when they deem it necessary to “protect a key friendly center of gravity, to wit US national will,” he wrote, quoting a well-regarded general.

The defense bill passed the House Friday afternoon.

Will they getaway with what they have done, oh I don’t believe so…

I do not plan to vote in the elections, when someone of competence and character comes along I might change my mind…. But there is a whisper upon the wings of air, there exists one factor that determines elections…and my what scandals waits for prying ears when monstrous bullies think they are safe with their grimacing smile, which parts from dynamic lips as internuncio sentinels whips engrave directives into minds wallowing in vanity and convivial consciousness apexes in splendor above ignorant bliss

But woe is me, who am I? But a small peon, and insignificant fly?

A trampled slug under the boot of injustice

My, what a scandal the world would create if only the gods but whisper the misdeeds of statesmen and public servants alike

I have lost some my mental faculties because of the exercise of power of whims of a few, going through this experience I have full knowledge and understanding of how it was used on large scale.

My god  they implement this stuff on a larger scale, and civilized society should be outraged, but I am told we no longer live in a civil society.

It is not in my nature to forgive so I trudge on….oh I don’t believe so……..at least that’s what the just say

Someone once asked me  “wouldn’t you like to be rich and famous?” My answer then as now is no!

Thus I leave with the quote of Herr Nietzsche:

“If evil men have no songs, why then do the Russians have songs”

Very few know what that quote means

as for me ? I am very fond of Russian folk songs (they keep me motivated throughout the sometimes busy and hectic days) and I know I am not evil, which cannot be said for my detractors

“Battleship is a movie FULL OF PLOT HOLES… and I mean the kind of holes you can drive a truck through. Apparently the aliens have no problem crossing interstellar space but their ship can easily be destroyed by earth artillery and a well placed rifle bullet in their windows. Also, they urgently must communicate home using Earth technology – which would take 8 years to reach their world. Also, their weapons consist of some canister like bombs thrown at the enemy – our artillery and bullets turn out to be much faster. It’s ludicrous – they shoot their weapon at one of our ships and the ship actually has time to get out of the way. I know it’s make-believe but at least make an effort to write a proper story so I can get into it. A 4 year old could come up with a more believable story.”

WARNING GOING OFF TOPIC

Going off topic:
Now I understand why some people are confused about homosexuality, and that’s because I hate to beak it to you people, but homosexuality is not an absolutely defined thing, there are homosexuals of varying degrees and persuasions just as there are heterosexuals with varying degrees and persuasions, which can be summed up as the Divine comedy of nature.
Sexual attraction with regards to physical attributes (of which there are many) are secondary, yes even though all humans lust at the physical. People always focus on the physical sexual part of anus and vagina, please.
It is the habits people! The habits!
Elaboration?
Well here it is in a nutshell, and I am condensing a very complex subject into its simplest terms:
The same traits and habits that women so preach and profess to hate about men that they deem unattractive, is the same traits and habits most not all homosexual men find attractive amongst each other.

The same traits that heterosexual men so preach and profess to hate about heterosexual women that they deem unattractive, is the same traits and habits that lesbians find attractive amongst themselves.

And at the end of each spectrum are the extremes, which is the effeminate homosexual man and the butch lesbian, which confounds (because their biology feels that mimics the female will and butch lesbians biology mimicking the male) definition and confuses the hell out of everyone because humans have this habit of looking at extremes and never in between.

It ultimately is a biological issue-but that is a topic for another way off course discussion.

A Brief history of homosexuality
The history of homosexuality is the extension of the battle of the sexes. The battle of the sexes goes back eons to our very beginning. It is the battle between the x and the y chromosomes. Forced by circumstance to work together for being trapped on the same planet. The X chromosome said to the Y, I don’t need you,  it is you who needs me, I could eventually develop the ability to reproduce through parthenogenisis and I could produce a better version of you for companionship in my own image and sex. The Y  chromosome said oh yeah I don’t need you either, I could produce a better version of you with my image and in my sex for companionship too. As the years went by and this antagonism started manifesting itself in the homo sapien form and our hominid ancestors, the sexes separated themselves only to meet for the reproductive cycle and then part ways, and in those isolated bands of all men the XY chromosome began to formulate a plan to create a better version of a companion to compensate in its own sex and in those isolated bands of females the XX chromosome formulated a plan to create a male version in its own sex.

Thus the homosexual was born.
Somehow along the way the offsprings of these battles sprung up, the XX, XY, XXY , XXX, XX(male) XY(Female) etc etc…

Army propagandist admits to smear campaign against journalists

The co-owner of an information operations firm hired by the US government to flood foreign nations with pro-American propaganda has admitted to orchestrating a smear campaign aimed at journalists critical of the company.

Camille Chidiac, a part owner of Leonie Industries and the company’s former president, issued a statement on Thursday confirming that he was behind a poorly constructed attempt at discrediting two USA Today reporters that wrote about his company’s controversial operations abroad, particularly in Afghanistan where the American military has conducted combat operations for over a decade now. In his explanation, Chidiac admits to his actions and apologizes for misrepresenting the journalists that exposed his company’s questionable and costly actions overseas.

In February, Tom Vanden Brook and Ray Locker co-authored an article for the national publication that shined a light on Leonie Industries. In their exposé, the journalists explained that “Contractors like Leonie plant unattributed broadcasts, plaster the countryside in war zones with billboards, stage concerts and drop leaflets with the intent of bending the will of civilians and combatants to U.S. aims,” all while on the payroll of Uncle Sam.

“Leonie Industries has Army contracts that could surpass $130 million; the Army has already paid them more than $90 million,” the reporters noted in their article.

Shortly after their article “U.S. ‘info ops’ programs dubious, costly” was published, websites, Twitter accounts and Wikipedia entries were created in the names of Brook and Locker presumably to discredit the reporters. At the time, a Web expert speaking of the smear campaign to New York Magazine explained, “The person who’s behind this, we can give them a lot of credit here and assume they’re very sophisticated about reputation attacks” and that “This is the work of somebody who knows what they’re doing. They have some experience of covering their tracks. This is probably not the first time they’ve done something like this.”

The practice was condemned by Rep. Hank Johnson (D-CA), who earlier this month asked Congress to consider investigating “the disturbing possibility that a federal defense contractor that specializes in information and psychological operations may have targeted American journalists.”

Now nearly three months after the former head of the propaganda company tried to take on American journalists, Chidiac is saying he’s sorry.

“I take full responsibility for having some of the discussion forums opened and reproducing their previously published USA TODAY articles on them,” Chidiac writes in a statement released on Thursday through his attorney.

“I recognize and deeply regret that my actions have caused concerns for Leonie and the U.S. military. This was never my intention. As an immediate corrective action, I am in the process of completely divesting my remaining minority ownership from Leonie.”

After the fake Internet sites were exposed, Locker called it “something I’ve never experienced in 30 years.”

The Pentagon has repeatedly denied any involvement in the smear campaign. Had the Defense Department been linked, however, it may have put the DoD in direct violation of a federal law that prohibits production of propaganda for domestic consumption. US Congressmen Mac Thornberry (R-TX) and Adam Smith (D-WA) introduced “The Smith-Mundt Modernization Act of 2012” (H.R. 5736) on Capitol Hill earlier this month, which, if approved, would have allowed the federal government to manufacture and distribute propaganda domestically. It was approved by the House but the communications director for Senator Kirsten Gillibrand told reporters with Buzzfeed on Thursday that the amendment has since been struck down.

NDAA 2013: Congress approves domestic deceptive propaganda

Reauthorizing the indefinite detention of US citizens without charge might be the scariest provision in next year’s defense spending bill, but it certainly isn’t the only one worth worrying about.

An amendment tagged on the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 would allow for the United States government to create and distribute pro-American propaganda within the country’s own borders under the alleged purpose of putting al-Qaeda’s attempts at persuading the world against Western ideals on ice. Former US representatives went out of there way to ensure their citizens that they’d be excluded from government-created media blasts, but two lawmakers currently serving the country are looking to change all that.

Congressmen Mac Thornberry (R-TX) and Adam Smith (D-WA) introduced “The Smith-Mundt Modernization Act of 2012” (H.R. 5736) last week during discussions for the NDAA 2013. It was voted on by the US House of Representatives to be included in next year’s defense spending bill, which was then voted on as a whole and approved. The amendment updates the antiquated Smith-Mundt Act of 1948 and Foreign Relations Authorization Act of 1987, essentially clarifying that the US State Department and the Broadcasting Board of Governors may “prepare, disseminate and use public diplomacy information abroad,” but while also striking down a long-lasting ban on the domestic dissemination in America. For the last several decades, the federal government has been authorized to use such tactics overseas to influence foreign support of America’s wars abroad, but has been barred from such strategies within the US. If next year’s NDAA clears the US Senate and is signed by President Obama with the Thornberry-Smith provision intact, then restrictions on propaganda being force-fed to Americans would be rolled back entirety.

Both Congressmen Thornberry and Smith say that the amendment isn’t being pushed to allow for the domestic distribution of propaganda, but the actual text of the provision outlines that, if approved by the Senate and signed by President Barack Obama, that very well could be the case.

“We continue to face a multitude of threats and we need to be able to counter them in a multitude of ways.Communication is among the most important,” Rep. Thornberry explains in his initial press release on the bill.“This outdated law ties the hands of America’s diplomatic officials, military, and others by inhibiting our ability to effectively communicate in a credible and transparent way. Congress has a responsibility to fix the situation.”

On his part, Rep. Smith says that al-Qaeda is infiltrating the Internet in order to drive anti-American sentiments ablaze. If the amendment he co-sponsors is passed, the US government would be able to fight fire with fire.

“While the Smith-Mundt Act of 1948 was developed to counter communism during the Cold War, it is outdated for the conflicts of today,” Rep. Smith says in his official statement. “Effective strategic communication and public diplomacy should be front-and-center as we work to roll back al-Qaeda’s and other violent extremists’ influence among disaffected populations. An essential part of our efforts must be a coordinated, comprehensive, adequately resourced plan to counter their radical messages and undermine their recruitment abilities. To do this, Smith-Mundt must be updated to bolster our strategic communications and public diplomacy capacity on all fronts and mediums – especially online.”

Does that mean that the anti-Nazi and damning communism adverts that were a hallmark of America during the Second World War and the Cold War, respectively, will be updated to outrage Americans against the country’s alleged enemies? It isn’t ruled out, for sure. Both Congressmen Thornberry and Smith have tried to dull the American public’s quickly surmounting outrage by saying that the act won’t be used for brainwashing purposes, but by letting Uncle Sam’s propaganda-spewing communication machine have free roam on the Web and elsewhere, it would absolutely be allowed.

“Clearly there are ways to modernize for the information age without wiping out the distinction between domestic and foreign audiences,” Michael Shank of the Institute for Economics and Peace in Washington tells Buzzfeed, who broke the news of the amendment. “That Reps Adam Smith and Mac Thornberry want to roll back protections put in place by previously-serving Senators – who, in their wisdom, ensured limits to taxpayer–funded propaganda promulgated by the US government – is disconcerting and dangerous.”

Responding to the quickly escalating backlash, Rep. Smith attacked allegations that he is encouraging pro-American propaganda on US soil. “This amendment is intended to ensure that the US government can get factual information out in a timely manner to counter extremist misinformation and propaganda,” he writes in a follow-up statement. “It does not and is not in any way intended to ‘legalize the use of propaganda on American audiences’ and, in fact, specifically ensures that the content to be rebroadcast or republished domestically by the Department of State and the Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG) shall not influence public opinion in the US. It clearly states, no funds authorized to be appropriated to State Department or BBG for any activity shall be used to influence public opinion.”

Regardless of his or Mr. Thornberry’s intentions, the text of the legislation speaks for itself.

Rep. Smith contributed to this year’s NDAA with another provision, submitted with co-author Congressman Justin Amash (R-Michigan). With that amendment, the two lawmakers proposed that the US military be stripped of their power to indefinitely detain US citizens without charge, a right granted to them under last year’s defense spending bill. Unlike the amendment Rep. Smith introduced with Thornberry, the House shot down that proposal.

Cesium-137 contamination: Fukushima amounts to four Chernobyls

TEPCO’s new estimates suggest that its Fukushima reactor has released more than quadruple the amount of radioactive cesium-137 leaked during the Chernobyl disaster. But the method used to measure the damage may undervalue the hazard even further.

Tokyo Electric Power Co.’s revised report suggests that in total, around 760,000 terabecquerels (TBq) were discharged into the atmosphere since the Fukushima catastrophe. Though the new figure is 1.6 times higher than an estimate published in February by the Economy, Trade and Industry Ministry’s Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency, it still seems to be just an effort to downplay the real scale of the event.

The report goes on to compare Fukushima with the Chernobyl accident of 1986, where it says 5,200,000 TBq of “radioactive substances” were leaked into the atmosphere.

The problem is that TEPCO only counts the amount of iodine-131 and cesium-137 leaked from the Fukushima reactor, and compares them to the whole range of isotopes that were discharged at Chernobyl.

And if compared properly, the numbers tell a different story.

The final estimate suggests that 400,000 TBq of iodine-131 leaked from Fukushima, which is indeed lower than during the Chernobyl incident, but only 4.5 times lower.

Regarding the emission of cesium-137, Fukushima is far ahead its rival. Post-Fukushima estimations suggest that Chernobyl put out a total of 85,000 TBq of caesium-137 over the course of the disaster. The Fukushima reactor, however, has so far released 360,000 TBq of cesium-137, according to TEPCO.

Instead of releasing the total emissions of other isotopes from Fukushima, such as Strontium-90, TEPCO dedicated the rest of the report to explaining the calculation methods used. They combined the calculations based on the“degree of damage to the reactor core” and reverse calculations based on the “density of radioactive substances found in the atmosphere and seawater,” which allowed the company to come up with what they believe to be the most accurate figures.

The blasts at the Fukushima reactor, which had been triggered by an earthquake and tsunami last year, caused a massive radiation leak. Tens of thousands of people were forced to leave their homes in and around the Fukushima region in central Japan, while the crippled reactor was shut down and encircled by a twenty-kilometer exclusion zone. Since then the authorities and TEPCO officials have faced accusations of withholding vital information about the radiation levels in the area.

“Corporate Governance is a joke. Federal sentencing guidelines indicated to companies that they could basically get away with criminal behavior if they had a documented compliance program (read: corporate governance) and so they all scrambled to put together committees determined not to actually make any changes, but to create piles of documentation giving the appearance that they were actually doing something. This may sound scandalous to the average person, but JP Morgan Chase is not alone. All the top companies do it. Try to get them to have a real, workable governance structure? They’re not interested. There’s no profit in it, and the regulators are so easily seduced into letting these companies run their own audits that they wouldn’t ever do anything about it. Whomever a company picks to be head of their governance committee, you know is the biggest weasel in the woodpile. ”

Same planet, different world. Heard a prominent former CEO on CNN the other night describe this event as a mistake, but at least it was their money that was lost. What??? It is outrageous what passes as competent these days. These financial institutions have an “Oops, but stop staring at us” mentality. These one per-centers are clueless and indifferent to the average citizen who is falling further behind the economic eight ball. If any one of us worked a job that involved being responsible for money – and we came up “short” each day – how long do you think we would be employed before we were fired or punished? It is truly outrageous what these folks are getting away with at our own economic peril. Disgraceful!

side note;

random Observations:

The Department of Homeland Security has flagged hundreds of words as “suspect” – and while many make sense, like “Al Qaeda,” some are just plain odd. For example, the DHS may dig through your cyber life if you write something about snow. Or pork.

So, you’ve just come back from a beach holiday in Mexico and posted about it on your blog. Or maybe you’ve tweeted about skiing lessons? Updated your status, saying you’re stuck home with food poisoning?

All those things will tweak the DHS antennae, according to a manual published by the agency. The Analyst’s Desktop Binder, used by agency employees at their National Operations Center to identify “media reports that reflect adversely on DHS and response activities,” includes hundreds of words that set off Big Brother’s silent alarms.

Department chiefs were forced to release the manual following a House hearing over documents obtained through a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit. It revealed how analysts monitor social networks and media organizations for comments that “reflect adversely” on the government.

Somehow, it remains unclear exactly how your food poisoning may reflect adversely on the government – unless you’re a civil servant that had lunch at the work cafeteria and are now blaming the tuna salad for your misfortune. It’s even less clear how natural phenomena like snow or ice reflect badly on the powers that be in Washington DC – unless, of course, they have somehow convinced themselves they can control the elements.

I’ve also wondered whether the monitoring is cumulative. Will one mention of an airplane be less worrying to the Department of Homeland Security than, say, 20 to 30 words from the no-no list? What if I’m writing the weather report? What if I blew a tire somewhere on an interstate and am sending a message for help? Both the words ‘help’ and ‘interstate’ are on the list. Does that mean I can expect men in black to come before the AAA?

It’s also hard to believe that the supposed terrorists that the DHS is on the lookout for are that stupid. Can you honestly imagine one person posting “hey, let’s go make a pipe bomb and blow up a police car this weekend” on a friend’s wall? I’d imagine people who plot terrorist acts are focusing on two things: not getting caught and getting their job done. Why on earth would they broadcast their malicious intentions online?

And so, like many of the DHS’s brilliant, thought-out programs, this one seems to be directed at the unsuspecting, innocent general public. Only now, as well as possibly being branded a terrorist for not wanting to use a credit card or buying a flashlight, you might get locked up for blogging about clouds. (Very dangerous word, cloud. Who knows what it could mean.)

I am by no means diminishing the need for domestic security. But the DHS seem to be taking the notion of prevention a little too far, and they seem to be accounting for their actions less and less. To quote a (possibly) paranoid Roman:“who will guard the guardians?”

Ayn Rand – “You honest men are such a problem and such a headache. But we knew you’d slip sooner or later – and this is just what we wanted … Did you really think we want those laws observed? We want them to be broken. You’d better get it straight that it’s not a bunch of boy scouts you’re up against… We’re after power and we mean it… There’s no way to rule innocent men. The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren’t enough criminals one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws. Who wants a nation of law-abiding citizens? What’s there in that for anyone? But just pass the kind of laws that can neither be observed nor enforced or objectively interpreted – and you create a nation of law-breakers – and then you cash in on guilt. Now that’s the system, Mr. Rearden, that’s the game, and once you understand it, you’ll be much easier to deal with.”

Violence is not the way to bring about change (efficient and civil change that is), A fact lost upon the youthful protesters and revolutionaries in their haste and hunger to affect and change the world.  It is only so if you want to be a monster crushing other people for no other purpose than to exercise power ( a form of bullying I have seen and experienced cultivated here).
My experience nothing more

I know what my would be detractors and people harassing me are doing , but I would rather spend my to on those things that are more efficient and productive to me and humanity, like finishing my school and getting the hell away from these evil people. I mean with the fishiness at my summer school and all there is no bounds of what these people are willing to do, I don’t know why most of the time I just ignore them and want nothing to do with them, I am a solitary creature.
Maybe my roommate will figure out the gist of those sometimes meaningless conversations and he likes to point out that I am not smart.
I know I don’t know everything and there are others smarter than me. Like I told the other gentleman, I was mas merely stating a point of fact, you were pursuing an agenda, thus giving your self away…….
Hmnnnn mnnnn and you can always bet that the most viociferous vitriolic is “the weasel in the woodpile” as the saying goes.
I am not smart, I am just diminutive-some might say that’s the point of being sardonic, who knows?

PS: Smith( he wasn’t the only one) I know what you were doing, trying to set me up and all, I hope you are enjoying your promotion.

Pain along spine continues, with headaches, chest pain and difficult breathing, swollen tongue, pain in throat. Currently on terminal leave. No, I have no plans of returning to new york as I have never considered it a or my home, nothing but trouble from that state as well as trouble from here.

Pain continues: None of these doctors have check for any tape, hookworms or parasite infection

Abdominal pain increasing, starting to have massive tooth aches in the past 4 days now, left jaw top and bottom—which is more than likely the reason they rushed me through dental on schofield  without doing a full work up. These people really are incorrigible.

Side Note and Random Observation

“This above all else to thy known self be true”

I speak from my conscience because I have principles and morals relative though they are, they are mine.
I now have a full understanding of this threat. It is not communism that destroyed the Soviet Union per say, but it was what it had the potential to stand for, which is why it was attacked and sabotaged. Yes in many of it forms it does not work, neither does capitalism in many of its forms. I am neither a communist , socialist, capitalist or whatever, I am a human being.  What is going on in the world is genocide by another name instigated by shadowy hands( conspiracy, well that depends upon context). This is wide spread culling in order to shape the gene pool, it is was successfully tested many times. The problem with elites and private citizens, is no one except the intelligence services and even then, know who they are, it is a convenience (for them) because it allows for unaccountability. This is nothing more that Darwinian (No doubt a perversion of the man’s and evolutions foundations) Eugenics tailored to fit special interests under a myriad of governmental guises to include foreign policy- There has been a secret move in the realm of the social sciences that is melding racism, eugenics and  political processes towards  that unspecified end in this great game.

A gentleman from D.C recently proclaimed but no one took notice

The counter terrorism advisor to the sitting occupant in the white house,  recently exclaimed “unfortunately in war there are casualties, including among the civilian population.” He said “sometimes you have to take life to save lives.”

The gravity of this situation is so grave and there is but one man who understand depth of this very well, because he knows well what this threat means to his country and the depth at which the antogonism is aimed at  his country, which is why he proclaimed racism and all these isms are a danger to the Russian Federation and would tear it apart.
Either the gentleman in DC is aware of this or not. In Either case, such is the dynamic of power, If I were in the position of the gentleman I would resign, because it was the least selfish thing to do. No amount of prestige and vanity is worth being the privy to the tarter of WWIII. I mean did they have to pick a minority to do it this time.

well that is why Dina was saying go to texas (they have good medical facilities there-who knows) and try not to get deployed. The long flight route to afghanistan, the constants witching of my work schedule to induce stress. Some one within the establishent knew I have another medical condition, which I finally found out on my last visit to the emergency room at pali momi though they neglected to mention it to me.
Evil comes in many forms and I am no doubt dealing with it now in the form of the U.S army and company.

Thus this charade is playing out, who knows what is really being masked here.
